About this policy

Lunar Garde is the brand under which Joel Maupin, an individual developer, operates. References to “Lunar Garde,” “we,” or “us” in this policy refer to Joel Maupin.

ProprioType is provided by Joel Maupin under the Lunar Garde brand. This policy covers the Vision Pro app, ProprioType Host for Mac, propriotype.com, software updates, and support email.

Data Lunar Garde does not collect

Lunar Garde does not receive or retain your screen content, system audio, hand-tracking data, keyboard or pointer input, Persona camera video, or microphone audio. The ProprioType apps have no advertising or analytics. Lunar Garde does not use website analytics, cross-service tracking, or user profiles based on app activity.

Processing between your devices

ProprioType sends screen content, system audio, input commands, and optional Persona camera and microphone media over an encrypted connection between your paired devices. Lunar Garde does not receive or store this data.

App settings, pairing credentials, trusted-device information, and Full Version status are stored locally on your devices. You can change or reset relevant settings and forget paired devices from the apps. Some security credentials may remain in the operating system Keychain so a future installation can retain the device’s identity.

Apple distribution and purchases

Apple handles App Store distribution and StoreKit transactions. Lunar Garde does not receive your payment-card information. Apple processes transaction information according to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

Software updates and website requests

ProprioType Host contacts propriotype.com for signed software updates. For page, update, and download requests, the web host may receive standard request data, including your IP address, request time, requested resource, and browser or app details. Update requests identify ProprioType Host and its version.

This information is used to serve downloads, secure the site, and diagnose problems. It is not used for advertising or cross-service tracking and is kept only as long as needed.

Embedded video

The overview page includes a video provided through YouTube. When the embedded player loads, your browser connects to YouTube, which may receive standard request and device information and processes it according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

The player uses YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube states that views in this mode are not used to personalize the viewer’s YouTube experience or advertising outside the site. YouTube may still show non-personalized ads.

Support communications

If you contact support, Lunar Garde uses your message to reply and troubleshoot the problem. Messages are kept only as long as needed for support, legal, or security reasons.

Service providers and sharing

Apple handles App Store distribution and StoreKit transactions. Google provides the optional embedded YouTube video. Hosting and email providers process information only to provide their services to Lunar Garde. Lunar Garde does not sell personal information or share it for advertising or cross-service tracking.

Your choices

You can turn off camera and microphone sharing, revoke system permissions, and forget paired devices. For help with local credentials or to request deletion of support data, email support@propriotype.com. Support information may be retained when required for legal or security reasons.

Changes and contact

Lunar Garde may update this policy when the product, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the latest version. For privacy questions, email support@propriotype.com.
